I confess, I am one of those people who dreamed from a very early
age of being a writer. I bet I was one of only a few kids who begged
their parents for an electric typewriter. (Yes, you read correctly--a
typewriter. Told ya I've been doing this for a while!)

But although all it takes to be a writer is an idea (and maybe an
electric typewriter), getting published is another story. I submitted
manuscripts to various publishers for years with hope and
pessimism holding my hands every step of the way. I'm still amazed
to realize my dream has come true.

I enjoy telling stories filled with love and hope and
happy endings, and that is what writing romance
means to me!
